Approach

« Anticipate, Act, Secure »

Bucy’s areas of expertise respond to the different issues of a development policy, conducting a comprehensive market analysis identifying a local network, setting up a commercial support on the field, as well as implementing a specific public affairs or reputation strategy.

Our operations rely on consultants who are recognised experts in specific regions, subjects (economics, finance, politics, communication, intelligence) or industries (energy, aviation, infrastructure, technology, health, food processing).

Strategic Intelligence

Bucy helps its clients understand the challenges they face.

The strategic intelligence provided by Bucy’s teams contributes to the decision-making processes of business leaders. This intelligence enables informed decisions to be made, and growth opportunities to be managed in the best possible way.

Bucy supports its clients through a targeted research approach for mergers and acquisitions (M&A intelligence), the recruitment of commercially sensitive roles or a litigation (Background Checks).

A business development policy not only needs to be competitive, but also well informed and prepared.

Bucy’s teams advise and support companies on the ground in the design and implementation of their development strategy for new markets.
